Pixis Drones made a splash at the 2024 Licensing Expo at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The drone light show featured exhibitors that were featured at this year’s event and celebrated brands close to people’s hearts, evoking nostalgia and excitement about the future of entertainment.  

The Licensing Expo show featured Sonic the Hedgehog (Sega), Steve fighting a Creeper from Minecraft (Microsoft), the 2024 Daytona 500 finish (NASCAR), Master P’s new character Captain Ace (TreImage), Elmo (Sesame Workshop), Smurfette as the emcee in the sky (Smurfs) and a full Transformers conversion in the sky with Optimus Prime (Hasbro). Event organizers worked with Pixis and each brand for several weeks leading up to the event to ensure every detail in each character was executed perfectly and left the audience immersed in the storytelling that took place above the Las Vegas Strip.  

The event was a great opportunity for the Pixis team to inspire companies and showcase new possibilities with drone light show experiences. Pixis does not just flash logos into the air, but each show tells a story to tug on the wonderment within viewers. Brands and events can work with Pixis to raise excitement and share their story in the sky!
