A Cinematic Drone Show for A24’s Eddington Premiere in Truth or Consequences, NM
To promote the release of Ari Aster’s new film Eddington, A24 partnered with us to create a cinematic drone show experience unlike any other. Set in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico—the real-life inspiration for the fictional town of Eddington—we launched a 1,000-drone show that transformed the night sky into a surreal extension of the film’s narrative.
The drone show was designed as a thematic extension of the movie’s final scene, timed to begin as attendees exited a private screening hosted by A24. Director Ari Aster, with roots in New Mexico, was in attendance. Guests were also invited to gather inside a fully recreated version of the movie’s central bar—originally owned by Pedro Pascal’s character—making the experience fully immersive from ground to sky.
